Refunds

We want our customers to be happy with their purchases.
If ever you receive an item that is damaged or not as described, we will exchange it or offer a full refund including shipping costs.

For items that arrive in good condition and as described we often can set up a return. Write us and we will see if we can create a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA. We reserve the right to refuse returns on merchandise that is physically worn or used and other select items. Shipping costs are not refundable for RMAs.

Domestic Shipments

All items are shipped through the United States Post office First Class or Priority Mail. Some perfumes that contain alcohol may be shipped ground to comply with USPS regulations for sending hazardous mail. We ship daily and most orders arrive within a weeks time. All orders to the 50 US states ship for a flat fee of $3.00 dollars.

International Shipments

We ship to Canada, Australia, Western Europe, APOs and other select countries. We can not ship perfume to international destinations and there may be other items that may be prohibited by some countries. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure items ordered will pass through their customs. It is also the buyer’s responsibility to pay any import duties or fees if their country charges them. These fees are more likely when more than one or two items are sent. We do not know if these fees will be charged on any particular order. We keep a postal receipt as proof the shipment was made and will send a photo copy upon request.

All orders to Canada ship for a flat fee of $5.00 dollars.
International Orders ship according to weight and the charges will vary.

Payments

We use Paypal to accept credit cards and electronic checks. We can also accept Money Orders and Cashiers Checks and will ship product immediately once this form of payment arrives. We will accept a personal check from a U.S. bank in amounts of $50.00 or less but reserve the right to hold merchandise ten days when this type of payment is received. We ship product to the address included with payment. For PayPal that would be the confirmed address or an address you write in the note section when payment is made. If you are sending in a payment, please include a print out of your invoice, as well as the address you would like item sent to.

Item Descriptions

We do our best to accurately describe items. Many of our items are simillar or inspired by big name fashion designers such as Coach, Chanel, and Gucci. If so it will be clearly stated that these are only comparable. Such items while similar are easy to tell from genuine designer trademark names. Also such items will never have the designer name on them.

All perfumes and fragrances sold are genuine.
